Our theatre services are turn-key, including the design. We will take your space and create the design including site-line analysis, 3D renderings, millwork design, precise audio/video placement, as well as selection of all design elements including lighting fixtures and furniture. We then execute using our own trades or yours, to bring the project to life. We treat this process as a collaboration, and will offer our input to match your vision for the space.
We offer the latest in video technology for dedicated media rooms, as well as multi-purpose spaces. Projectors vary in light source (laser based or lamp based), brightness, as well as clarity. Selecting the right screen is also critical for an immersive experience. We carefully select the right style of screen for the environment and performance level required. This includes fixed, motorized, concealed, as well as screens with masking systems from the leading manufacturers. For smaller spaces, we also carry the best panel technologies including OLED and QLED offerings from top vendors.
For a truly immersive experience, the sound must equal the video in quality. We select the right speakers for the space by balancing cosmetics and performance level, and then placing them precisely in the room. Speakers can be exposed, or concealed depending on the room layout and style. We then select only high quality processing and amplification equipment to make sure the speakers perform as intended.
Lighting control offers convenience, and added performance to the viewing experience. By adding control of both the lights and shading systems in a space to either a universal remote or mobile device, we allow our clients to easily optimize their environment.
We carry a variety of seating including custom solutions, all of which are manufactured in North America. Our standard seating range comes in a large selection of fabrics and styles, which can be further customized with motorization, design details, and accessories such as tray tables. In addition to standard theatre seating we offer fully customized solutions in terms of detail as well as custom sizing.

DESIGN & PLANNING ($)
A design contract is established, and we work closely with you—either in-house or with a third-party designer—to craft a comprehensive plan. Depending on the project scope, this includes layout options, material selections, and detailed renderings to help visualize the final result.
PROJECT PROPOSAL & APPROVAL
We present a full project breakdown, including final cost estimates, product details, and installation plans. You’ll have the flexibility to approve the project in full or in phases, ensuring the renovation aligns with your budget and priorities.
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT ($)
Once the scope and budget are finalized, we provide a formal contract for approval. Your project is scheduled as soon as the deposit is received, securing your spot in our timeline.
PERMITS & SCHEDULING ($)
For projects requiring permits, we handle the paperwork and submission to the appropriate municipality. Permit costs are billed at this stage, and once approved, we set your project schedule.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING
